Volunteer with Stafford R.I.S.E
Stafford R.I.S.E. (Rebuilding Independence through Support & Empowerment) is a community outreach program created by multiple organizations, groups, and individuals to provide support to our neighbors without permanent housing. They work to feed, clothe, equip, and empower unhoused individuals and families. Stafford R.I.S.E. partners with Stafford County EMS Operations W.O.W. (Wellness on Wheels) to provide in-person health screenings, as well as Micah Ministries, Zoe Freedom Center, 516 Project, RACSB, and area houses of worship.
RISE needs volunteers to hand out food packs, clothes, hygiene kits, and first aid kits during their monthly visits in the community. All resources will be provided for volunteers to hand out. If you would like to help, please fill out the form below and send it to us so we can contact you with the next monthly visit time/date. Thank you for your willingness to serve the hungry, needy, and unhoused neighbors in Stafford County!
